These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the MyThrivelytics website at mythrivelytics.com and the in-person wellness services provided by MyThrivelytics at 1451 Rockville Pike, Suite 250, Rockville, MD 20852. By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services Offered

MyThrivelytics offers the following wellness services:

• OligoScan Mineral Testing — a non-invasive spectrophotometry scan to assess tissue mineral and heavy metal levels.
• Styku 3D Body Composition Scan — a 3D body scan providing body composition metrics including body fat percentage and circumference measurements.
• Thrive Membership — a monthly membership providing access to Member Tools including AI-assisted supplement protocols, meal planning, and herb guidance based on your scan results.

Our services are wellness-oriented and are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider with questions about your health.

2. Appointments and Cancellations

• Appointments are booked through Calendly. By booking, you agree to Calendly’s terms of service.
• Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.
• Repeated no-shows may result in a required prepayment for future appointments.

3. Payments and Refunds

• Payment for scan services is due at the time of your appointment.
• The Thrive Membership is billed monthly. You may cancel your membership at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds for completed scan services are not provided. If you experience a technical issue during your appointment, please contact us and we will make it right.
• Payments are processed securely via Stripe.

4. Not Medical Advice

All content on our website, scan results, Member Tools outputs (including AI-generated supplement protocols, meal plans, and herb guidance), and any communications from MyThrivelytics are for informational and wellness purposes only. They do not constitute medical advice and are not a substitute for professional medical evaluation or treatment. Do not disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of anything you read or receive from MyThrivelytics.

5. Thrive Membership and AI Tools

Member Tools use AI to generate personalized wellness suggestions based on your scan data. These suggestions are generated automatically and are intended as starting-point guidance, not clinical recommendations. MyThrivelytics makes no warranty regarding the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated content. You use these tools at your own discretion.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on mythrivelytics.com — including text, images, logos, and code — is the property of MyThrivelytics and may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MyThrivelytics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Montgomery County, Maryland.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
