- Appointment and service data — the services you book (OligoScan, Styku, Thrive Membership) and any intake information you provide before or during your appointment.
- Payment information — payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card number on our servers.
- Usage data — pages visited, time on site, referring URL, and browser type, collected via Google Analytics 4. This data is aggregated and not linked to your identity.
- Cookies — small files placed on your device to improve site performance and remember preferences. You may disable cookies in your browser settings.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To schedule and confirm your appointments.
- To process payments for services.
- To send appointment reminders and follow-up communications related to your services.
- To improve our website and understand how visitors use it (via aggregated analytics).
- To comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.
3. Email Marketing
If you opt in to our email list, we may send you wellness tips, service updates, and promotional offers via FluentCRM. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. You may opt out at any time.
4. Third-Party Services
- Calendly — used for appointment scheduling. Calendly’s own privacy policy applies when you book through their platform.
- Stripe — used for payment processing.
- Google Analytics 4 — used for aggregated website analytics. You may opt out via the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
- MemberPress — used to manage the Thrive Membership subscription.
5. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal requirements. Appointment and intake records are retained for a minimum of three years. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us (see below), subject to any legal retention requirements.
